My current work in progress:

1. pour moi, designed by Lori Versaci, knit from Wollmeise Merino DK in the "Stella Polaris" colorway on a 3.75 mm (U.S. size 5) needle.
2. Outlander MKAL Shawl, designed by Rachel Rodin, knit from Lornas Laces Shepherd Sport in the "Beauchamps" and "Fraser" colorways on a 3.75 mm (U.S. size 5) needle.
3. Myriad stealth projects.

Valtos Update — again!

Ivete suggested that maybe I ought to try using the close-up setting on my camera to photograph Valtos. Thanks Ivete! I obviously need to do some tweaking, but I think that’ll help alot. Look here. It’s a little fuzzy, but you can see the pattern better.

And just for grins, here is a pic of a ball of the yarn.

Wendy, I find when I use my ‘flower’ setting my pics are nearly ALWAYS blurry as I need to use the LCD display on the back to aim the camera and it’s not as steady that way – when I was photoging my Impatience Cardigan, I set the camera to ‘document’ (in the menu, it’s not a specific button) so it would capture the dark/light contrast of the shadows better, it turned out very well.
