I have tons of knitting bags, including a Namaste. My favorite is a box bag. Of course, that’s probably because it’s the perfect size for sock knitting, and well, that seems to be what I’m knitting these days.

It’s a good thing no one was having trouble with their project while they were filming. Someone swearing and throwing things would tend to demonstrate the opposite of what they were featuring. (Can you tell I’ve been having problems with my projects lately?)
There is nothing more relaxing than watching a sleeping cat. And Lucy is such a doll. I never thought my suggesting for naming the socks would make it to the list. Thanks for letting us help with it. Who knows, someday I might get to knit them up….. after the three pairs that are on needles are finished.

Next time you are in Minnesota, you should visit Mora. They have Dala Horse everywhere including a huge one for the Vaasloppet cross country ski race.

personally, i think you should call them lucy’s spruce tree socks. not only is it more accurate to the pattern & colorway, but try saying it three times–fast. lovely.
As one of the knitters in that video, I wave to you! I remember your book signing at the store and will periodically see the pictures you posed for with my young twins while there pop up on my screen saver.

What size circulars do you use? My set of dpns had 2 break in half – so I picked up a 16″ & 24″ circular, but am finding that I wish I’d gotten 2 16″. What works best for you?
