  1. The knitting looks beautiful, but your lovely cat is even MORE beautiful! I always smile when I see her sensual feline happiness.

  2. Downton Abbey vs. Superbowl- you made the winning choice!

  3. Us Brits love a bit of Downton. So glad you also love it over there! Enjoy! X

  4. Lovely sweater as always. Have similar plans for a “watch-and-knit” event, simply substitute old comedies from the 30s, 40s, 50s.

Love Downton Abbey as well. and love the cardi can’t wait until the pattern is available!

  7. I would take a Downton Abbey marathon any day too! I love that show.

  8. Yay for Downton Abbey! I am knitting DURING the Superbowl (since my fam is over for it) but after that, we too are hitting the Downton Abbey–can’t wait to see what happens with Tom and the baby!!!!

I’m a huge fan of Downton Abbey, I love a good period drama (well I am british) hope you enjoyed your marathon session.

    Best wishes

  12. I love the blue. I did manage to knit through the Super Bowl. There were two other fiber addicts there and I like football so over all not to bad. Looks like you and Lucy had fun too.

  13. Well, I watched the Bowl & knit, until the end of the “extended” third quarter. I had to cheer for the 49r’s, since I can’t stand the Ravens. I like your blue yarn! Blue is not often one of my fave colors, but is one that I use in the wardrobe. I’ve been trying to get outside my color “comfort zone”, looking at bronzey browns, etc.
