A unisex drop-shoulder aran pullover knitted in worsted weight wool with a multi-twist center cable, set off by small mirror-image rope cables on each side. 

While the center cable looks intricate, it is surprisingly easy to work.

Materials
Worsted weight yarn, approximately 1500 (1700, 1900) yards
4.0mm (US 6) and 4.5mm (US 7) needles. 
Gauge
20 sts and 24 rows = 4” (10 cm) on larger needles measured over double moss stitch.

The model was knitted in Dale of Norway Freestyle. The pattern will work with any yarn that knits up to gauge and has the proper stitch definition to show off the cable and stitch patterns. Wool or wool blend is recommended for best results with the cable pattern.

Difficulty: Intermediate -- you need to be able to knit, purl, increase and decrease stitches, and execute a cable.
