My current work in progress:

1. Drachenfels, designed by Melanie Berg, knit from Madelintosh Pashmina in the Black Walnut, Seasalt, and Mineral colorways on a 4 mm (U.S. size 6) needle.
2. Myriad stealth projects.

Errata

Wendy Knits Lace Errata

Page 89: Esplanade Mittens

In the Thumb Chart B on page 89, on Row 23, the two “body” stitches of each side of the thumb should be “ssk, k2tog” rather than plain knit stitches — you are decreasing from 4 to 2 stitches on each side of the mitten (apart from the 2 side stitches).

Toe-Up Socks for Everybody Errata

Page 71: Manly Aran Socks

In Chart B on page 71, on Row 12, stitch 5 should be a purl stitch and stitch 6 should be a k1 tbl (they are reversed on the chart)

Page 120: Fair Isle Socks

At the top of page 120, as written it tells you to work the sole chart 9 times, then work stitch 1 of the sole chart again (for a total of 37 stitches worked on needle 2). It should say to knit 1 in Color A, then work the sole chart 9 times.

Socks From the Toe Up Errata

Page 29: Picot Edge

The third paragraph under “Picot Edge” should read:

On the next round, K2tog, yo around to create a row of eyelets.

Page 39: Gusset Heel Basic Socks

On page 39, the last sentence in the middle column should say: Repeat rounds 1 and 2 until you have 28(32) stitches each on needles 3 and 4. Then add the sentence “Work across needles 1 and 2.”

After the heel turn in the third column, the numbers you end up with should be 32 (36) — not the 32 (34) that is stated there.

Page 52: Diagonal Lace Socks

The note should read:

The pattern repeat for this chart is 10 (12) rows. Note that only odd-numbered rows are shown. On even-numbered rows, knit the knits and purl the purls.

Page 117: Van Dyke Socks

Stitch 7 of Row 1 of the chart should be a knit stitch, not an ssk, so that Row 1 is worked: k4, k2tog, yo, k5

Page 122: Serpentine Socks

The note should read:

The pattern repeat for this chart is 16 rows. Note that only odd-numbered rows are shown. On even-numbered rows, knit the knits and purl the purls.

The second-to-last sentence should read:

Repeat Rounds 1 and 2 until you have 40 (44, 48) stitches total on Needle 2.
