Thanks for all your great comments on this. It is a little larger than a shawlette. This was knit from a skein of Dream in Color Baby, which is laceweight and comes in skeins of approximately 700 yards and 113 grams. I had 37 grams left over. I used approximately two-thirds of the skein. If my math is correct, that’s about 229 yards leftover, so I made the shawl in 471 yards. You could make it from one skein of Wollmeise. Hmmmmmm . . .
