My current work in progress:

Seaforth designed by Alice Starmore, knit in British Breeds 5-ply Guernsey Wool on US 3 needles.

Yesterday was a nice relaxing day.

Lucy wanted to go shopping with me.

She was also a big help with Amphora.

So . . . apart from Amphora knitting, I spent the day cleaning (yuck) and then went to the mall (not so yuck). So not so much to report. I’m about 15 rounds from the beginning of the armhole steeks on Amphora.

November Contest

Thanks for all the entries I’ve received so far. I’ve got the beginnings of a good FAQ page! A pattern is emerging as to what your favorite questions are.

And last but not least . . .

  1. Is it just me who is incredibly entranced by cats in bags? I just love how instinctive it seems to be. Paper bags, fabric bags, felted bags, it doesn’t seem to matter–just bags. Lucy is a girl after my own heart–I love bags (well, purses to be more precise, but they’re a type of bag, too, right?)!

    Happy Tuesday!

  2. OOOOoooooo I love when you leave clift-hangers like that. Now I can hardly wait until Wednesday! :o)

  3. I just laughed and laughed when I saw that picture of Lucy. I have a picture of my cat Esmerelda sitting inside a large stainless steel stock pot that always makes me grin. That was about 1980 ๐Ÿ˜‰

  4. Ooooh, a special project? Can’t wait to read the blogs tomorrow! I love the pic of Lucy in the shopping bag. What a doll ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. Ruth D, in Houston says:

Ahem, Sorry, but who is Teresa?

  6. amphora makes a lovely kitty blankie ๐Ÿ˜‰ was not by a computer the last 2 days and had blog reading withdrawl. count me in on next year’s mousies.
