My current work in progress:

Seaforth designed by Alice Starmore, knit in British Breeds 5-ply Guernsey Wool on US 3 needles.

This blog post has been canceled on account of fatigue.

But before I pass out in a heap, check out these awesome stamps on a package sent from Sweden I got the other day:

Lucy is visibly impressed.

  6. Take care of yourself!

  7. Cool stamps! I have collected stamps over the years for my oldest child in the hopes that someday, they might be worth something. I know what you mean about being tired. I had to keep getting up at work and wondering around the building to keep from passing out on my desk. It’s my own fault really, I ate nothing but chocolate for lunch and had Pepsi to drink all day. I am solving that problem by eating something good tonight. Get some rest!

  9. nice stamps! lol, hubby is away on travel for work. Daughter away on her xmas trip. I do not sleep when hubby is away, so understand… getting 3 hours a night. Two shots espresso/one pep pill/half a rockstar…. being productive! lol, plan to crash by the weekend. Feel better!

I’m sorry your feeling poorly. Love the stamps. I too am under the weather as evidenced by the fact its 7:40 PM and I’m just checking email for the first time today! I’ve been trying to knit…lucky if I can get though a row without resting. Sigh…this too shall pass.
    Feel better, Wendy.

  11. Well, the stamps are enough to make me want to get on a plane, just so I can mail a letter from Sweden!

  12. I’ve been taking a bit of a break as well. Rest up.

Hope you get rested up! This can be a tough time of year. Love the awesome stamps!!!

  14. i love those stamps! you should frame them!!

  15. It sounds like an infection of your urinary tract. This always happens to me when I get a bladder infection since I don’t typically get the usual symptoms of pain, burning, etc., but instead I become fatigued like you, and often run a temp off and on. The frequency (having to use the restroom often) is another clue. You need to have a urinalysis done at your doctor’s office. Antibiotics will help in a jiffy so make your appointment without delay. Feel better soon!

O.M.G, those stamps are so perfect!
I hope Lucy snuggled up with you so you could sleep well.

  17. Tis the season where fatigue hits quite often. Rest up so you will be up and ready for the Christmas cellebrating, the New Year celebrating followed closely by your birthday celebrating………..LOTS of energy needed. I love stamps from other places. They seem more imaginative than ours sometimes.

  18. Sorry the fatigue has got you! The stamps are lovely, and I think that Lucy really likes them… I mean, she’s awake and everything! 🙂

  19. Lucy, I have to say I love your “impressed” face — very telling.

Wendy, I hope you feel refreshed today, or sometime soon.

    Warmest wishes,

  20. In my next life, I want to come back as Lucy!

  21. Hope you feel better soon. I adore the pic of Lucy! Buffy and Crookshanks always turn their heads at the last second and I never get such a great picture. Love the stamps. I wish we had some like those.

  22. Oh, those are great! Love the one with socks especially. Hope you get some rest!
