My current work in progress:

Seaforth designed by Alice Starmore, knit in British Breeds 5-ply Guernsey Wool on US 3 needles.

I finished the front of my Summit pullover the other day.

The back is boring in comparison — it is straight stockinette.

But ever helpful, Loki attempts to make things more entertaining.

It’s lovely! How on earth do you manage to get your stockinette so even? I’m find with it in the round but knitted flat my purl gauge is beyond wonky. The resulting unintended ‘stripes’ don’t block out very well, either. Anyway kudos on what will be another beautiful sweater!

  2. Where would we be without our helpers? Love the color!

  3. Beautiful as always. Glad Loki is there to help you out. I imagine that much stockinette is a bit of a slog-fest for you. It’s right up my alley but I imagine you’re a bit bored with it. The sweater is going to be great however. Love the simplicity and that front cable.

Nice! The front pattern looks so tidy, Sharp, crisp!
