The Week in Review

I finished my Raga fair isle!

This is a design by Violet McQuade, available from Jamieson’s of Shetland or Ravelry.

Then I knit a clock!

Of course Loki had to inspect said clock!

  2. A knitted clock- that’s wild!

  3. Elaine in NYC says:

Great Raga and lovely clock. I’ve seen a few examples of clocks, and they seem to work well. Loki had better keep his paws to himself.

  4. The sweater is fabulous, but clock? Or is that a beret stretched over a disk? 🙂

  5. a masterpiece!

  6. Dorothy in Kentucky says:

    It is lovely. Merry Cristmas

  7. Monica Cortada says:

Love the Raga and am so happy
To have discovered the Jameison’s of Shetland website. Do you have knitters come up to you saying “Wow!” when you wear your fair isle sweaters?

Where did you get the round part of the clock to cover? I see Lee Valley has clock parts and mechanism, but not the circle to put them in. I would love to make a clock.

  8. Happy St. Lucia’s day! Looked at the calendar and thought of you! Been following your blog for 15+ years? Knit on!

  9. Love the clock!

  10. I love both projects! My knitted clock has hung on the wall for more than a year, and every so often I find my cat NinaGarcia staring at the second hand sweeping over all that tempting wool…

  11. WOW!! Both the clock and sweater are fabulous.. Have a Merry Christmas and a very Happy 2021.

  12. Really neat idea on the clock! Loki approves too! Happy Holidays!
